Videos of lectures can be viewed until July 16
The 17th Summer Academy of Dermatopathology was held June 30th – July 4th at the Convention Center, Graz, Austria. The Course was evaluated in a very positive way by the participants, both those on-site and those participating by streaming. For streaming participants, the lectures will be available for the next 2-3 weeks, and certificates will be issued against mid/end of July upon checking attendance.
I wish to thank an exceptional faculty for excellent lectures and for a vivid and interesting discussion (and for keeping the time in all lectures!). I also thank the people helping with the local organization: Clemens Keil for the organization of the event, Karin Leitinger for on-site help, Irene Mischak for taking care of the homepage, Joachim Theussl for coordinating the streaming, and Nives Gamillscheg of the Congress Center for the local preparation. Finally, I sincerely thank all participants for making this event possible; it has been a great pleasure, and a true privilege, to have you here in Graz, either physically or virtually. I appreciate the time and energy you put in attending this Course, and I hope that all those who came to Graz enjoyed the city and the atmosphere as well, and will have a safe trip home.
Plans for a next Summer Academy of Dermatopathology are currently being evaluated, and a final decision will be taken within the next weeks. Please check the homepage for information about the next Course (likely to be July 6-10, 2026), as this will be the only source of information about the Course (emails will no be sent).
